Position :- Medical Representative
Contact and Meet Doctors / Officers to present our product and services.
Source, prepare and participate in tenders and RFXs.
Perform sales related activities to increase company revenue.
Participate in events and roadshows.
Execute provided strategic sales and marketing plan that can expands customer base.
Achieve the KPI provided.
Record all activities in CRM system.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience in all company’s websites and digital sites.
Ensure customer are happy with product and services.
Preparing Monthly KPI Reports to Management.
Preparing Tender documentation in English or Indonesian.
Other responsibilities that may arise in the course if executing the role.
Experience dealing with Government Hospitals is an added advantage.
Education at least high school / vocational equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong management and communication skills.
Knowledge of information technology is required.
Good selling and networking skills.
Competent in presentation and demonstration.
Proven ability in achieving sales targets.
Position :- HRGA Senior Executive
Oversee general administrative operations, including facilities management, asset management, and financial administration related to the HRGA function.
Develop fair and competitive compensation policies, and manage employee benefit programs such as insurance, leave, and other allowances.
Have a strong understanding of labor laws & ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, maintain good relations with labor unions (if any), and handle conflicts between management and employees.
Participate in the strategic planning of the organization, providing insight into the human resource needs and infrastructure required to achieve long-term goals.
Possess communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels within the organization.
Demonstrated skills in time management, data analysis, and problem solving.
Responsible for designing recruitment strategies, conducting proper employee selection, and ensuring an effective onboarding process.
Manage employee development programs, including training and skills development, and evaluate employee performance on a regular basis.
Design and implement a performance evaluation system to ensure the achievement of organizational and individual development goals.
Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven minimal 3 years experience in Accounting and GA(HR) roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and accounting software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
