The Onboarding sub-module is designed to introduce new employees to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures. This module also provides new hires with access to relevant resources and training materials, allowing them to be better equipped to perform their roles.
The Self-Learning sub-module provides employees with access to training materials that enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas, allowing them to perform their jobs more efficiently. The module provides employees with a self-paced learning environment, enabling them to learn at their own convenience.
The Orientation sub-module enables new employees to get familiar with the company's operations, culture, and working environment. The module provides a comprehensive overview of the company's history, vision, and mission, as well as the various departments and teams. This helps new hires understand how their role fits into the bigger picture of the organization.
The Self Learning program also provides reports for both the Onboarding and Orientation sub-modules, allowing HR to track the progress of new hires and assess the effectiveness of the program.
